Museum

The purpose of this museum is to accumulate a collection of Sipp-O
memorabilia for permanent display in our Lodge building when constructed,
and to be displayed at Lodge events in the meantime. Although a number of
our members have significant personal collections of Sipp-O items, the
Lodge itself possesses nothing prior to this point. At the suggestion of the
2006 LEC, this permanent collection has been initiated and is cataloged in
several files below. Although the obvious items of interest are Lodge issued
flaps and patches, we are interested in all sorts of Sipp-O and Scaryodii
memorabilia including programs of events and other items bearing the
Lodge name, number, and totem (Conclave patches and programs, for
example)

We are hoping for donations from Sipp-O and Scaryodii alumni and
members to provide the objects for the museum, so if you happen to have an
item listed as ‘needed’, please consider donating it to the museum. It will
become the property of Sipp-O Lodge and a ‘thank you’ letter for tax
purposes can be provided for items of value. We do not wish to accumulate
duplicate items, so duplicates will be returned to the donor unless you agree
to allow us to sell or trade the item to acquire another needed item.

This site will be continuously updated as acquisitions occur, so
check back often to see our progress.
